Prospective parents can attend one of our tours for new Reception parents, which run from September to January in the lead up to Reception Class admission applications, please email reception@phoenix-primary.kent.sch.uk or contact us on 01233 622510 to book your 1:1 tour with a senior leader.

On Monday 9th November, we will be having an Open evening. Come and join us from 6pm.

Applications open Friday 6th November 2026 and close Friday 15th January 2027

You will receive your offer on Friday 16th April 2027 after 4pm

The deadline to let the school know you accept or refuse the place is 30th April 2027

The waiting list deadline is also 30th April 2027

If your child is due to start primary school in September 2027, you can appeal if you are refused a place at one of your preferred schools on National Offer Day (Friday 16 April 2027).

You must submit your appeal before Monday 18 May 2027 for it to be considered by Monday 20 July 2027. Any appeals received after this time will be heard within 40 school days from the deadline, or where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.

For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 school days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.
