My name is Mrs Jennifer Dawes, and I have had the privilege of serving as Headteacher since September 2025. I am incredibly proud to lead such a brilliant school and am excited about the future we are building together. As a local person myself, I am deeply committed to ensuring that all Phoenix children, their families and the wider community receive the very best we can offer.

It is a genuine privilege to work alongside our wonderful pupils, dedicated staff, supportive families and the wider community. Together, we are committed to ensuring that every child receives the very best start in life, both academically and personally.
