Problem Solving
This is an integral part of maths, as it allows pupils to broaden and deepen their understanding of various mathematical concepts. Pupils have been given the opportunity to solve a range of problems including; logic problems, finding all the possibilities, word problems, visual problems and problems that involve spotting patterns and finding rules. Through this, pupils have developed their curiosity about the subject and it has allowed them to use their knowledge and skills in context, which is vitally important.
