In order to promote, encourage and reward positive behaviours, Phoenix School uses a house point system.

Each child is placed within a house which are named after natural elements. These are:

• Water - blue
• Earth - green
• Air - purple
• Fire - red

All children are allocated to a house and can earn house points for positive behaviours, good work and demonstrating the values of the school. These are totalled weekly and shared in assembly each Friday. At the end of the term, the house with the most house points will earn a reward. House captains are chosen from the Year 6 class and supported by the staff who are also allocated houses.
